Spicy Truffled Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hardboiled, peeled halved
- 3⁄4 c mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt, and more to taste Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Truffle Hot Sauce, and more for drizzling
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Remove yolks from hardboiled eggs and place in bowl
- Set aside whites
- Mash egg yokes with a fork until sandy in texture
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, Truffle Hot Sauce and mix until smooth
- Taste and adjust seasonings
- Pipe or spoon yolk mixture into egg while halves
- Place artuflly on a platter Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper
- Drizzle with Truffle Sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley
- Serve and enjoy
