Spicy Truffled Deviled Eggs


  • 6 eggs, hardboiled, peeled halved
  • 3⁄4 c mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt, and more to taste Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Truffle Hot Sauce, and more for drizzling
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Remove yolks from hardboiled eggs and place in bowl
  2. Set aside whites
  3. Mash egg yokes with a fork until sandy in texture
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, Truffle Hot Sauce and mix until smooth
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings
  6. Pipe or spoon yolk mixture into egg while halves
  7. Place artuflly on a platter Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper
  8. Drizzle with Truffle Sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley
  9. Serve and enjoy
