Place the grapes on the platter and the cheeses around the grapes. Place the Truffleist mustard, and Truffleist Honey on opposite sides of plate. Place ramekin of olives across from the mustard and ramekin of almonds across from honey. Display the sliced Truffle Salami and artfully arrange the apples, rosemary sprigs and assorted crackers among the cheeses.
