Truffle Fondue Burger

Description

INGREDIENTS

4 x High-quality beef burger patties

Oil for frying

Kosher salt and pepper to taste 

1 package Truffleist Truffle Cheese Fondue 

4 Brioche buns 

Lettuce for garnish 

Pickle slices for garnish 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Prepare the truffle cheese fondue according to the package directions - keep warm over very low heat and set aside. 

Season the burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. 

Sear burgers on a hot grill, or in a lightly oiled hot frying pan. Cook the burgers for about 2-3 minutes per side. Flipping only once. 

 

BUILD YOUR TRUFFLE FONDUE BURGER: 

Place the bottom of the bun down first, and top with pickles and lettuce. Place burger patty on top of pickles and lettuce.

Add about a 1/4 cup ladle of the warm fondue over the top of the burger and top with the burger bun. Enjoy!
